From cking a 2004 camping directory (new one on the way) and RV.net, it sounds like the Ute Mountain Casino RV park, outside Cortez, is recommended. Has anyone stayed there? This area is one of my favorites but we have always stayed in other nearby locations. We are returning again this summer to take friends to visit; Mesa Verde, Hovenweep Nt. Mon., Canyon of the Ancients, Canyon de Chelly (long drive, I know) day trip to Telluride and much more. We then move on to Durango and all it has to offer.

Any suggestions for a good RV park (DW has to have elect and water) in Cortez is appreciated.
