What rights does a consumer have regarding the purchase of a faulty Coach?
I am aware of Lemon Laws in the auto industry but I have no knowledge of what happens with crappy products in the RV industry.
A relative purchased a new unit last fall and it has been at the dealers for repairs, sent back to the plant for work and now it's going back again in the near future for more work. At this point the manufacture has been cooperative but the nature of the mutiple repairs has left the unit pretty well beat up.




What does it take to get the manfacture to replace the unit with a new one?
