Default Digital TV's and 2009

Assuming that most RV tv's are analog, what do you plan on doing next year when analog goes away? Saw a converter box yesterday at Wally World for $49.95 or $9.95 after the $40.00 certificate funded by you know who.
Would that box operate 2 TV's assuming both were on the same channel as it appeared that channel changing was done at the converter box. I had planned to wire it between the antenna and the RV.
