Default Ladders

I have always carried a 6' step ladder strapped to the roof ladder on the back of the camper. I would rather not do that anymore only because I don't want to bugger up the roof ladder and it gets old having to take it off to use the roof ladder to get to the roof.

Ok the question is what kind of ladder are you guys takeing with ya. I do want to be able to get to all parts of the camper. I had a window problem one time while on the road and was real happy I had a ladder.

Now I have seen two types, there are probably more, one is the telescopic type and the other is the one that folds up like a pencil. The folding type is like a step ladder but has a lot of moveing parts. The telescopic one needs to be leaning against the camper. These are only the ones I know of. What are you guys using and what do yo suggest?

thanks
