Default Miracle Grill Mat

I saw a Miracle Grill Mat in use for the first time on 7-25-13 and I have to admit that I was impressed .... they are available from Amazon ..... pictures below .... the mat comes in a large sheet which one can cut to fit a grill .... the one pictured below belongs to Mary and Marv (MAAX2) .... they cut one for their home grill and use the remaining sheets for their traveling grill .... what the Mat is designed to do is prevent flare-ups when grilling and to provide a cooking surface where you can literally fry eggs if you wish .... we grilled steaks which as advertised came out with grill marks .... while not need for a Holland Companion grill like we use (no flare-ups), if we used most any other grill there is no doubt in my mind that we would use one
