Default 12 Volt Outside Motion Light

Please excuse if this is already covered somewhere; my wife and I went to the Central Fla RV show in Deland Fl this past Thursday to "get ideas" and look. We are always looking for some neat thing that a manufacturer is doing that we can duplicate in our fiver. Earlier this year I had been talking about some kind of outside motion activiated light for the fiver and was thinking of a home type 120 volt system and all the hassles involved with wiring, hole drilling, leak protection, etc. This RV show is a small thing with only 5 or 6 dealers present and a hand full of vendors selling insurance, cell phones, passport america memberships and WOW a husband and wife team (Ralph and Sandy Kinzeer - Kinzer Enterprises) sellling really nice outside step covers, gas rod replacements for holding up your bed or basement covers, led lights (replacements, bulbs, fixtures) and of all things, an outside 12 volt dc motion light. I don't believe that I have ever seen these lights at CW or anywhere else and here is the web site for the manufacturer Star Lights, Inc. | RV Motion Lights | The Smart Light and here is the email for Ralph and Sandy: kinzerent@yahoo.com Ralph and Sandy do not have a web site yet but Sandy said they are working on it. Anyway, their price for the outside motion light was $20 less than the price on the Starlight website and there was no S & H. I put the light up yesterday and it matched exactly the already drilled holes from the el cheapo factory light and looks good and presumably will also work great when we go out. The light comes with a normal incandescent bulb but we upgraded to a plug in led bulb which should last forever. I am very pleased with the motion light and we also bought 3 new rugs for out steps.......no skinny springs...velcro instead and the rugs cover the entire width of the step. We are vey happy with the rugs also. I do not need any gas shocks so I did not buy any but they had a larger supply of all sizes. Check out start light for all the info on the motion light.
