Question Cleaning Awnings...

Another one of those items on my "hate to do list," right along with washing and waxing the trailer

What cleaning products do you folks use to clean the awning, especially to clean off the mildew that builds up

I'm also wondering, how everyone gets the topside far edge (where the awning attaches to the trailer) clean? It's difficult to reach for me, especially on good days. The only thing that really seems to clean the material is a good stiff brush on a pole, but one can't really put a lot of effort into that area from the ground.

Doing the underneath seems a bit easier with the brush, but it's a loooooong stretch to do the topside.
