Default Receiver re-enforcing for HA or PP

Let me start by saying that I'm a newbie to RV'ing and towing a large travel trailer and I need some advice.

My tow vechicle is a 2008 Toyota Sequoia (with the factory trailer tow pkg)

My new Trailer Trailer is a 2008 K-Z Spree 318BHS (32' 9" travel trailer)

The hitch will be either Hensley Arrow or a ProPride. I want this kind of hitch because of my in-experience towing large trailers. (I'm still researching both).

I spoke with a Hensley dealer and they said that my Toyota Sequoia 2" receiver will need to be re-enforced with additional bracing. I got the impression from talking to the service manager that most vechicles need to have the 2" receiver re-enforced. It seems unusual to me that a new vechicle equipped with a factory Class III/IV hitch would need work done on it. I need some expert advise from "Seasoned RV'ers"
