WHat REESE kit fits 2007++ GM HD w/ 6' box?

Hey guys, I know there are lot of 5th wheel owners here.

Question, I have a 2008 GM HD w/ 6' box. I am looking at the REESE 5th wheel hitch w/round tube slider #30075. I can't seem to find a straight answer if this fits my truck, what the kit number to install is and if there is a easy install custom bracket kit.

REESE has no phone number on their website, either!

Help?
