RV Bumper Hitch

I'm looking for a simple solution to attach a bicycle rack to my TT. I've read some of the other posts with bolted or welded hitches to the frame of the trailer, but I'm only looking to carry 3 bicycles. My TT bumper is a 4"x4" steel square tube.

Has anyone had any success with the CURT RV Bumper Htch?
