Default New TT issues

Ok All,

Went for first camping trip in brand new TT. Trip went well, got to enjoy one morning of sun. The trailer, on the other hand, had minor interior issues. On the inside of the closets, there is a metal hanging rack screwed directly to the ceiling. I have a total of four closets in the trailer. None of the racks were screwed into a stud, just the 3/16" ceiling tile. What gives? Can the manufacturer not take the time to install this correctly? Now not only do I need to take the time to put these metal racks on correctly, I have to fix the holes that were made from the screw ripping out of the ceiling as well. Also, the bottom of the nice wood cabinets are not finished. Here sits this great looking wood cabinet, but when I sit at the table, I see raw wood underneath there. Makes me wonder what else I am going to find.
