our sealand china potty is leaking on the side w/o the footflush.

is this something that can be fixed by us? should we just take it to the dealer.
where would we start.

david said he tried to tighten down the parts but its not helping. I "think" its the fresh water b/c it dosen't smell bad. But we have to get it under control before it gets even worse.
