spare tire lift hoist

My spare tire lift/hoist failed. It was made by a company named Deuer who sold out to TECA (Troy Engineered Components & Assemblies). No answer to e-mail or phone calls. I need a replacement but can't find how to buy one. I went to dealer, they suggested that I find it myself, no success yet. Anyone have suggestions?
