Default 60 gallon fresh water is only 30 gallons !!!

My husband and I have a major complaint with our fifth wheel, 2003 Sunnybrook 31BWKS. While camping we ran out of fresh water pretty quickly and decided to measure our fresh water tank when we got home. It held approx 30 gallons. He called customer service in Sept, 2007 and was told it held 60 gallons. Called again in Oct, 2007 and was told it should hold at least 45 gallons and some other dither about the water lines plus the hot water tank adding up to 60 gallons. (Don't know about your unit, but I doubt that our water lines hold 20 gallons!!!! especially since it only takes about 1.5 gallons of antifreeze to winterize). Called again last week and was told they wouldn't do anything about it. He told them it was advertised in their brochure and in their on-line specs that it was 60 gallons and also on the sticker inside the 5er that it was 66 gallons (that allows for the 6 gallons in the hot water tank.

They told him, they knew it wouldn't hold the 60 gallons, and they wouldn't do anything about it. When he asked if he could speak with someone else, he was told "it isn't going any further than me and we're not doing anything about it". So. . . today I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will file one with Consumer's Protection if that fails to get us our "advertised" 60 gallon fresh water tank.

I can't believe they advertise this size tank and don't put one in and blatantly told us so!!!!

Anyone else ever find this to be a problem? and did you have a solution? We do a lot of boon docking and need the extra fresh water supply.
