Default Water Regulator failed

Last October while in Isleta, NM I noticed that my hot water tank relief valve was popping once in awhile, thought it was a bad valve so i replaced it. Since being here in Las Cruces,NM at a campground with over 120 lbs water pressure, the relief valve is always weeping. The other day I happened to be looking at the water pressure guage while draining the grey tanks. the DW was washing dishes, I watched the water pressure slowly climb past my preset and bury at 60LBs I was even noticing that some faucets were at times hard to turn on because of the pressure........Put my old standard brass regulator on and back to 45lbs.......So for 5-6 months this regulator has been failing and the pressure in our trailer has been in excess of who knows....I can say one thing.......SB sure did a good job on the plumbing in this trailer Ordering a rebuild kit this week.
I think of all the times this trailer ws unattended for a day and it gives me the shivers....
