Blackwater tank

Hey All,

I've used the liquid blue stuff, and the green dry crystals. Neither seem to beak down the "special" toilet paper. Neither seem to control odors after 4-5 days. Any recommendations???? And yes, I do empty the tank every 7-10 days.
