Default Air compressor for 110 PSI

I have Goodyear G614's that require 110 PSI. What compressor do you use for this amount of pressure. I have several compressors that are rated at 150PSI but they level out at around 100PSI even when the output is turned up all the way. I have 110V and 12V and neither of them will reach 110PSI.

Thanks,
Bryan
