Default rim painting

I got in the mood for some rim painting today. I blasted the loose stuff off with a high pressure water nozzle and then broke the bead on the outside and took a resin wheel to do more remove some more paint. I pulled the valve stems and put in new stems. (wish I had some high pressure stems)And then I packed some newspaper between the rim and tire and began spraying.

They look good and really smarten up the old girl. It will be interesting to see how the paint will stand up to some weather and road use.

I also noticed inside the rim there is a tag from Dexter rating the wheel for 75 psi

Ken
