Default Increasing tires from 15 to 16 inch

This is one of those questions that maybe I should already know the answer to but don't.
I would like to use Michelin tires on my 2003 27FKS Titan travel trailer which uses ST225/75/R15 tires and are now Goodyear Marathon's.
However, Michelin apparently does not make an ST tire or a 15 inch tire.
So the main question is could I use Michelin 16 inch tires? Use same rims? I assume type XPS tires would be preferred. Is clearance the only issue?

Later: After a review of a tire basics website I determined that new, larger diameter, rims will be needed.
