How many are buying the extended power train warranties on their tow vehicles. Is it a good idea, personnaly I don't think I should have to but the cost of these engines and issues that they have with them has me concerned.

My t.v. was $60000 in Canada and I don't have that kind of money to shell out for a new truck every couple of years. I think the esp is $2400 in Canada and I don't think it does much for me. I think all it does for me is increase my milage to 300,000 kilometers or 5 years. The way I am putting miles on now I won't see 100,000 in 5 yrs so I don't think it will do anything for me. I wouldn't mind a longer term and milage combination but that probably is mega dollars.
