Noticed when we got to Florida in December that Riverside Campground was now a Encore Park, over the last 3 years they had undergone a major expansion and are twice the size of Live Oak, I couldn't see if the facilities had expanded along with the RV sites but they are definately busy. They supply Elec., WiFi, and cable with the sites. Here at Live Oak only site, water, sewer, but that's why the monthly rates are less. Live Oak is also family owned and run and I like that, they have a strictly enforced no favorites policy and stick to it. It's also a fully volunteer park, all functions are organized and run by residents and everyone does a super job.
