can't say I understand it but the market for small "vintage" style campers must be growing ....

Gulf Stream Coach Inc. announced the release of the Vintage Cruiser, a distinctive new line of ultralight aerodynamic fiberglass trailers that recapture the style and fun of camping in the 1950's

There must be a market! There is an individual who lives about 3/4 mile from me who has been restoring small 20 foot or thereabouts Camper trailers. He always has 4 to 6 sitting on his land. Some really nice looking trailers from the outside.

You start feeling younger Lee, there's something bad wrong. A quick trip to your doctor will find the problem. I know mine ALWAYS finds something to harp on. But then that's usually because the first thing he wants is a specimen of my money.

I'll bet economics has a lot to do with it. You can tow one of those with a small truck or midsize suv. Big trucks and campers are darned expensive anymore, more than we paid for our house.
