Congratulations on your retirement. Enjoy it to the fullest.

I was slightly younger than you when I retired and I have never regretted getting the freedom to do as we wanted when we wanted. The 20+ years my wife and I had after retirement were some of the best of our 58 years together.

Congratulations and best wishes. Two suggestions...stay busy and give the D/W some room. Some D/Ws have trouble adjusting to having our smiling faces around ALL the time.

Congratulations--from noting all the time you weren't at the office, had figured out something was up.
We are in process of same deal--upgraded the old Suites and are gathering stuff to sell at garage sale/give away/toss and then sell the house. You may be tired of urban Dallas, I am tired of a rural, but growing crazily Burleson. Thinking of Lake Whitney area.
Have fun, be safe. Can't think of anyone who could be more prepared than you.

Joe, we were at Bear Creek COE last weekend and drove over to HEB Plus in Burleson. Crazy urban mess. Do not blame you for escaping.

We'll eventually settle around Whitney (Brazos river valley) or Colorado river valley (Lampasas, San Saba, Llano). Probably wear our a couple RV's before then...

Dr. Fife is a great guy with an awesome family. Hopefully his retirement will just mean he spends more time in the various forums sharing the knowledge he has about the RV lifestyle with the rest of us. Congratulations Doc. You've earned it! Enjoy your Excel.

Thanks for the kind words, Bryan.

I saw my last patients at the office today. Delivered a couple of crowns and nightguards.

We head out tomorrow for a couple of weeks in the Excel.

It has been an easy transition. I only worked a day or two a week the past 6 months.
