  • New to us Winnebago Voyage 35D

We will be picking this up next week. Pretty excited to do the motorhome stuff for a change. Very clean low mileage one owner and Workhorse chassis with 8.1L and 5 speed Allison automatic...this is the combination I had been looking for. This was a highly optioned build.

Looking forward to it...we will see after 50+ years of trailers, this will be interesting.
First trip will be to Yosemite Pines RV park on hwy 120 near the North entrance to Yosemite Park...will be flat towing our Jeep JK for sightseeing to the park once at the RV park.

Looking good. I have a friend with the same combo (engine chassis) except it's a Georgie Boy (IIRC). He has been known to cruise at 80. The inside could be the twin also. He loves it.

Hi, my wife and I started towing in 1975 and had both tow and fifth wheels. bought a 2001 trade winds in 2001. 37 ft. 300 cat diesel best thing we ever did regarding RVING.. put over 85,000 miles on it before selling and moving on to a move toNC. Had several longer trips (3-5 months) and several winter stays in Arizona and Southen Cal. You will love it for many reasons. I liked driving it better than any tow trailer and comfort.
              Goodluck and enjoy.
