Slideout problem

WE saw someone on I29 yesterday with 2 slides partially out. I hope he got help shortly thereafter.

suggest you take a close look at this thread .... it has some really good info .... pay close attention to post 14 and note the S-wrench

I called them earlier in the week and ordered a new motor and transmission. Asked for installation instructions and never received any.

Living room slide out will not retract. Oil residue on bottom of slideout transmission. Any ideas would be much appreciated on how to remove motor and transmission. I removed one underbelly panel.
