  • SRX Series Preview

Tony Stewart and Ray Evernham are launching a new racing series in 2021 .... I don't believe it will replace NASCAR but do believe it will offer serious competition .... in this interview with Tony Stewart, some basic info is given .... this second video provides some interesting behind the scenes info .... I've sworn off of NASCAR and do plan to take a look at this new series

I also quit watching Nascar when Bubba thought someone was trying to hang him. LOL.

I do hope the Stewart/Evernham project works out.

      Had not heard about this...

Did some reading up on it - and it sounds like it's going to be similar in scope to the old IROC series.
Boiler plate the cars so they rely more on the driver. More mechanical - less aero. Cars are designed by Evernham.

Drivers from various backgrounds... dirt, open wheel, NASCAR, etc.

Currently slated for six televised races in 2021.
