I'm a little disappointed. There all gone. They were up til 2 am hooting and hollering. I only set David's alarm off twice at 7 am. They all started rolling out at 8am. Oh. Lol. David happened to drive the golf cart in reverse most of the morning. Til even the buzzer got annoying to me.
Ill hold off on my balloon supplies. I would hate to waste them.

Sounds like you've discovered the reason for the great rate for the campsite....

                  Margarita hour at noon

Maybe you should freeze up some of those water balloons for later when things might get rough.

Well the Klampetts have outdone them selves.
Friday morning after having a portapotty delivered things went to a whole new level. With in an hour 20 cars rolled in.
At that point I feared getting my butt kicked for taking photos.
They started unloading all kinds of chairs from trucks cars and vans.
I actually made the joke on Friday afternoon it was starting to look like a wedding.
Sure enough Saturday evening at 4pm they had a campground wedding. There were cars and trucks everywhere.
We had to politely ask several time for owners to move off our lot. David the. Spoke to the one guy we recognized that our lot was not an acceptable area to park. At that point he sent a teenage family member to the camp ground entrance to direct the family to park at the grocery store about 1/2 block away.
The bride wore cowboy boots a strapless tutu looking dress with deer hunting orange ribbon around the waste. The bridesmaids wore cream dresses with Brown belts and boots. The groom and groomsmen wore camo vest and deer hunting orange ties jeans and boots. A few sported cow boy hats. I sat in my hammock in shock that this was taking place at the campground.

I gotta start a new thread about the boat. Way too much crazy for one weekend.

They could be related to those guys on tv that make duck calls.
                      Nothin' wrong with camo.

One of my favorite nieces was married on her husband's family farm last summer. They are avid hunters and used spent shotgun shells in the decorations. The guys wore brown suits with camo vests. Jason's wedding band has a camo inlay. The pictures were really cute and their sons (his 2, her 1) loved the idea.
We have had a niece and a nephew who had boots at their weddings. It suited their personalities and fit right in. In this day and time, folks are not always going the traditional route.

now that sounds like a wedding I'd enjoy attending .... sure beats the heck out of the formal one I had to endure yesterday ... :sack:
