we've had a Senior Pass for about 13 years .... about 5 times .... that said, I'd hate to see them cut the benefits to existing pass holders .... grandfathering them and changing the terms for new passes would seem to be a more equitable approach

Guess I will worry about this in another 25 years or so when I get senior status!

Ours is good for the entire car no matter how many occupants so we have used it when friends are with us.

So long as the camping discount applies to the national forest camping, I am not impacted. Most national parks are over crowded and have small sites designed for RVs of generations ago. We haven't camped in one in years. Also, it has always seemed odd that I get in free while Joe sixpack and his kids have to pay. And the parks continue to scrape by with deferred repairs. The entrance fee is still less than taking a family to the movies. (Haven't been there in a longtime either.) The senior lobby will prabably rise up and put a stop to any change Was it Alan Simpson who labeled AARP as 30 million old people in search of discounts?

We did a few months ago and the camping discounts were still at 50%.

My wife has had hers for a few years. I decided to get one myself about two months ago. If you meet some of their criteria they are still $10.00.
