  • Mountain View RV Park - Boise, ID

We just arrived today, so these are just first impressions. The owner here at the Mountain View RV Park is very nice, and helpful, taking us to our site and helping us get situated.
FHU - Pull-through sites w paved (blacktop) pads, with a little grass between sites.
    Campground is well-maintained
The campground is right in town, which can be a good thing. However, it is next to the Interstate, and the airport. Although with the AC running, the noise is not an issue.
    There is a GoodSams rate.
You can buy unlimited WiFi for $12/week. There is a free version, but I don't remember how much you can use a day for that. I paid for the unlimited for Dan because he's been watching so many building videos in preparation for our new adventure next year.
The sites are a bit close, but the sites are staggered, so it's not too bad.

I guess a sardine can is a bit close also. That's too close for me. If they were not offset your awning would be over the neighbors slide. My 2 cents

Yep - but we've been in worse. When we were in KY last year, our neighbors were sitting in between our dining slide and bedroom slide because they hung over their site. We are seeing more and more of this too, as it seems that the park owners are trying to squeeze out every last little bit of space for the extra money.

With a layout like that... have to wonder if it was once a KOA...

I also wonder, from an ownership perspective... with spots like that... why bother w/ grass??

I'm not sure, but they use a lot of water to keep it green.
