we overnighted at the Baton Rouge KOA on Dec 28/20, 2008 .... it is an old park that has apparently been well maintained .... while they had many open sites, most appear to be in use for long term stay ....
positives ====> staff went out of their way in very rainy conditions to be helpful and locate us on a site that was level and long enough to where we didn't have to unhook .... 50 amp (but not as strong as we have had in most other CG's but still OK) .... good water pressure .... sewer placement is good .... 70 channel park cable .... most sites I say have paved patios .... close to the interstate but far enough away to be very quiet
negatives ====> water pretty heavy with chlorine .... no clear view of the southern sky ..
.. no listing provided for park cable channels .... you have to really watch to see the small direction signs on the way from the interstate to the park
$35 a night with our KOA discount card .... would stop here again if we are in this area
