  • Copper Coated Cookware

has anyone used these pans .... https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...=ATVPDKIKX0DER .... we recently bought one at WalMart and for the most part, Maureen has been very pleased with it .... she doesn't like the fact that it is not compatible for induction cooktops and she doesn't like it for frying eggs .... they are expanding their line to include a pretty good range of cooking appliances .... use reports would be appreciated

The Copper Chef brand works on induction. Our daughter has some of these and absolutely loves them!

We no longer use coated cooking pans. We use cast iron and stainless steel pans exclusively.

We have that same small fry pan. Works great so far. We don't have induction type apparatus.

This Copper Chef Square Pan is our daughter's favorite. She also likes this pot . Just as an aside, her range is an induction range, so she must use all induction type pots and pans.

both Maureen and our daughter carry portable induction cook tops in our campers .... they really like the flexibility to use them inside or outside ... they also save propane by burning CG electricity

we seem to be seeing more and more of them .... it appears many folks like to cook outside and prefer to do so with electricity

We carry an induction cooktop. The gas range was never used in our last rv nor this one..... Cooking for a bunch nothing beats the electric griddle. Slower than induction to heat up but does well...

                            update :

both Maureen and our daughter continue to use their copper cookware and have nothing but praise for it .... they have come to prefer the Copper Chef brand that does work well with their induction cooking eyes .... we still use cast iron for baking cornbread and several unlined, stainless pans for cooking various foods .... as one who grew up working as a short order cook in various family owned restaurants, I really wish this type of cookware had of been available

Just noticed today that Walmart (Cary) has a new Copper Chef square pan boxed with a "free" frying pan. It is on my list for an "after Christmas" run to add to our collection.
