Since we are now "working", ie, campground hosting, we are in our check in booth three days a week from 12:30 til 5:30, and seldom get back to the trailer till six or six thirty. We found a small (2 qt) crock pot and have been using it on work days. One of first recipes we tried was Norty's pulled pork. We have done it twice and really love it. Since our crock pot is small, we cut the recipe in half and it still provides the two of us with three meals. Great recipe, Norty. Thanks

We have also made short ribs and ox tails, both excellent. Tried chicken cacciatore, but we need to work on the recipe, think we'll stick to the pressure for that.

That's a real testimony to the recipe. 6 years later and still using it.

I didn't say it was your fault, I said I was going to blame you.
